Le groupe de metal progressif Indien Mute the Saint (premier groupe à produire un album de metal progressif en incorporant la musique classique indienne et la sitare en tant qu’instrument à part entière) a publié au début d’avril une vidéo de «drum playthrough» pour leur pièce «The Fall of Sirius». Le groupe Mute the Saint réunit trois musiciens de l’Inde à un guitariste américain : Josh Seguin de la Californie. Le musicien qui fait la sitare, Rishabh Seen, est également reconnu pour ses interprétations de pièces des géants du prog Animals as Leaders, adaptées par lui même pour la sitare. The Indian progressive metal band Mute the Saint (which is the first band to record a progressive metal album while incorporating Indian classical music and sitar as a full time instrument) has released a drum playthrough video at the beginning of april, for their track «The Fall of Sirius». Mute the Saint is a project that brings together three musicians from India and an american guitarist : Josh Seguin from California. The sitar player, Rishabh Seen, is also known for his sitar adaptations of prog giants Animals as Leaders’ tracks.
