Archspire de Vancouver (CB), groupe phare de death technique, ont fait paraître leur nouvel album « Relentless Mutation » le 22 septembre 2017 sous Season of Mist Records. C’est leur 3ème effort et le matériel est plus étoffé que jamais. C’est saturé de tempo rapides et de gymnastique d’instrument mais à la fois très groovy et mélodiquement très intéressant. Leur frontman, Oliver Rae Aleron, s’est inspiré du style des rappeurs rapides comme Tech N9ne pour développer son style rythmique très rapide de vocal death metal. Pour les fans de death technique, si vous ne les connaissez pas encore c’est une découverte à ne pas manquer. It’s their 3rd effort and the material is more rich than ever before. It is saturated with fast tempos and instrumental acrobatics but also very groovy and melodically very interesting. Their frontman, Oliver Rae Aleron, took inspiration in the style of fast rappers such as Tech N9ne to develop his very fast rhythm approach to death metal vocals.
