On a commencé ce recueil de Nouvelles et Découvertes de Métal International depuis quelques jours et jumelé avec notre offrande quotidienne appelée Nouvelles de Métal Québécois, les visites ont non seulement explosées, mais en plus vous nous dites merci de désengorger votre mur de nouvelles Facebook et de vous offrir le même excellent produit… et bien je vous retourne la pareille et toute l’équipe Ondes Chocs vous remercie d’être de si loyaux lecteurs et auditeurs. People talk about four EPs, » Anselmo told « Distortion ». « We brought it up, of course, and then the press has taken that and run with it. I think it is the big plan, I think we can do it, and to me, to do EPs is so much easier. To apply ourselves, as busy as we are, to a 10-song, 12-song full-length record these days, it’s draining, it’s taxing. And for me, when you do something like that, there’s more probability of a song being considered a filler-type song. With an EP, you can concentrate on four songs, or six songs, or whatever it is. You can concentrate on those particular tracks and not this big, drawn-out thing. It’s just easier. And in theory, hopefully, quicker to get product out, because once again, we are liars. We’ve told the press, we’ve told people friends and crowds of people, ‘Yeah, we’ve got something new in the works, and it’ll be out next year.’ And five years later, we’re talking about it still. So I’m not promising jack to anybody, but I’ll say that, hey, the four EPs are in the plans, it’s in the works, and I think, once again, in theory, it’s the way to go, brother.

- Un avocat du New Jersey a entamé des poursuites contre près de 7000 personnes au nom de Century Media. Ces personnes sont accusées d’avoir télécharger illégalement des albums de Lacuna Coil et Iced Earth. Une représentante de Electronic Frontier Foundation, un organisme de droits civils, dit que c’est poursuites ont un but; régler hors-court.
In a typical illegal-downloading case, a lawyer hires a company to search for Internet protocol (IP) addresses associated with the use of file-sharing software such as BitTorrent. Once the IP addresses have been harvested, the lawyer’s clients file suit naming defendants as John Doe. They then seek to have mass subpoenas issued for the Internet providers associated with the harvested IP addresses in order to obtain the name and address of the owner of the IP address on the date it was harvested. Once identified, an Internet account holder typically faces the prospect of settling the case for a few thousand dollars or hiring a lawyer to fight the charges.
