C’est dans mes emails ce matin que m’est apparu ces deux nouvelles tracks de Soul Killing Female, un one-man band de Myke Lewis en provenance de Winnipeg. Un projet studio de 2004 à 2009, le band est ensuite devenu un trio pour la scène, mais demeure le bébé de M. Lewis.
Ce nouveau single, ‘Kill This Melody’, est un aperçu de ce qui nous attend sur « Kind of Red » et j’ai vraiment hâte d’entendre ce troisième LP en 5 ans pour le band. Leur mix de Sludge avec des touches d’industriel donne un métal progressif vraiment intéressant et différent.
